Appetizer shrimps with garlic
Servings: 2
  • 250 grams shrimps fresh or deep frozen
  • 1 table spoon extra virgin olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 1/2 tea spoon herbes de Provence
  • 2 pinches salt
  • 1 tea spoon lemon juice
  1. Defreeze the shrimps if you don't have fresh ones

  2. Slice the garlic into thin slices

  3. Heat the oil on the pan

  4. Roast the shrimps and the garlic on a high temperature for 2 minutes (better than a lower temperature for a longer time as they would lose the juice). Mix well not to burn the garlic.

  5. Season with salt, herbes de Provence and lemon juice
