Summer is amazing with all its barbecues and long warm nights. But what do you do if you invite friends for a BBQ and then pouring rain is your company? Grill it in the oven! It is just so easy to make and so tasty that you will not mind the rain at all!
As for protein: there is more or less none so make sure to take some separately along
10 minutes washing and cutting the vegetables and then 30 to 40 minutes in the oven
- 1 middle sized zucchini
- 7 champignons
- 2 onions
- 2 pieces broccoli
- 2 red peppers
- 3 carrots
- 6 table spoons sesame oil
- 1 tea spoon thyme
- 2 tea spoons dried garlic
- 2 tea spoons salt
Preheat the oven to 180°C - ideally set the grill function. If you do not have it, not a big deal - use anything you have.
Wash the vegetables and cut them in smaller pieces - as in other areas of life, size does not matter!
Put all the ingedients into a baking tray and mix very well to spread the oil and the spices evenly. Should it be still "too dry", add a spoon or two of oil.
Grill it for 30 minutes - mix it every 10 minutes to prevent burning the top layer. If it is still not done enough - you recognize it according to the mushrooms the best, they should get dark brown - let it grill for additional 10 minutes. Et voila!
