Shrimps are my favourite appetizer, being also a good source of high quality protein. And these take no more than 5 minutes to prepare (and you must really hold yourself not to eat them up even quicker…)

- 250 grams shrimps fresh or deep frozen
- 1 table spoon extra virgin olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic
- 1/2 tea spoon herbes de Provence
- 2 pinches salt
- 1 tea spoon lemon juice
-
Defreeze the shrimps if you don't have fresh ones
-
Slice the garlic into thin slices
-
Heat the oil on the pan
-
Roast the shrimps and the garlic on a high temperature for 2 minutes (better than a lower temperature for a longer time as they would lose the juice). Mix well not to burn the garlic.
-
Season with salt, herbes de Provence and lemon juice
Serve with a glass of white wine
